How you stay,
how you share.
01Can I book the dates I want?
Each owner’s nights for the year are secured first. Regular seasons are first come, first served; peak seasons are allocated fairly by lottery.
02What happens to nights I don’t use?
You can choose to carry some over to the next year or have the operator buy them back.
03Who takes care of cleaning and repairs?
Our team handles it all: cleaning after each stay, restocking supplies and regular inspections of the building.
04Can I sell or pass on my share?
Shares are designed to be sold or inherited. A real service would require confirming the contract and tax conditions.
